Metacoin daily limit

After trying out two games of supremacy mode, a person can get back the metacoin entry fee very easily at the moment. Even though we are still using test metacoins, I propose some daily limit to which you can obtain it.
I am not really a fan of daily limits but at the moment I think its necessary for now. We can always raise or remove it in the future.

We're also considering a dynamic entry fee as you play more or your rank is higher which may be a bit better than limits. But we agree, balancing will occur before mainnet

With the current number of players and difficulty of having Menace mode matches. Would a once a week Metacoin login reward would be a good temporary fix even if the amount given is good for a game or two to start Supremacy if you ever run out.
